Max Potential Rehabilitation is looking for a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our Kids Clinic in Knoxville, TN.

This is an opportunity for a PT who loves helping children build strength, confidence, mobility, independence, and functional skills in a setting designed around their needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Turn therapy goals into meaningful, play-based sessions that help kids move, grow, and gain confidence
  • Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized plans of care that reflect each child’s needs, strengths, and goals
  • Help children improve gross motor skills, balance, coordination, gait, mobility, strength, and functional independence
  • Celebrate the little wins that become big moments for children and families
  • Coach and support caregivers with practical strategies they can carry into home, school, and everyday routines
  • Collaborate with a team that values creativity, communication, and high-quality pediatric care
  • Keep documentation accurate, timely, and aligned with each child’s plan of care

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Valid Physical Therapy license in Tennessee or eligibility to obtain one required
  • Pediatric experience preferred, but a strong interest in pediatrics will be considered
  • Strong communication skills with children, families, and team members
  • Compassionate, professional, and collaborative approach to care
  • Desire to be part of a team that values high-quality care, connection, and growth
